All companies and professional organizations want to expand their business. To some, the art of rainmaking comes easily. But for others, it is more complicated. To be an effective rainmaker, you must have a marketing plan and the drive to execute that plan. Without a plan, there is just chaos.
You also need to understand your strengths, such as public speaking or writing, as examples, so you can create a marketing plan that capitalizes on your strengths and talents. You also need to be nimble so that you can learn from your experiences and make changes to your marketing plan as required.
Marc has been doing business development for almost 50 years and understands how to create, execute, and, where required, make changes to a marketing plan as it unfolds. The Green Sheet
Using a proprietary tool called a “Green Sheet”, Marc will help you to assess your strengths and to develop a personal marketing plan. He will then meet with you as regularly as you wish to evaluate your progress, to help you understand what works and what doesn't, and to hold you accountable for the plan's execution. Marc will provide “hands-on” business development coaching that may include role-playing in advance of essential presentations to potential customers or clients.
